Thornwood Sharks Swim Team

Summer 2026 Registration.  

This registration is for a competitive swim team ages 4-18. Your child will be placed according to their age as of May 1, 2026. 

DO NOT COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION FORM IF YOUR CHILD WILL BE IN SHARK SCHOOL OR PRE-SWIM.  IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND THE COACHES WILL HELP GUIDE THE DECISION. 

Shark School and Pre-Swim are offered for children ages 4-6. Assessments will be offered to place children into these groups on April 19 & April 26 at 1PM at the Memorial Athletic Club. Please visit this link to register them.

Shark School will follow a swim lesson type of format and will be offered for children that do not know how to swim on their own. 

Pre-Swim is for children that can swim on their own but are still working on their endurance and stroke technique. 

An assessment is required to determine placement and eligibility for all 6&U who have not been on the swim team before and new to the swim team swimmers. 

Swim Team practices are M-Th starting on April 27 for all ages, Pre-Swim will begin on Monday May 4, and Shark School will begin on Monday May 11. 

Meets will begin on June 4 and will be Mondays and Thursdays through June 18.  Meet of Champs will be held on June 27-28 at the SBISD Natatorium.
