Following is information regarding the meet tomorrow! The meet will be against Afton Alligators and it will take place at the Afton pool located at 1111 Afton Street 77055, at the corner of Afton St. and Tickner St..

Our PreSwimmers will NOT be swimming at this meet.

PARKING

• Parking will be in the neighborhood. 
• Please follow no parking areas and avoid driveways. 
• Please also avoid parking along the curves in the road that may prevent cars from getting through.

SETUP

• Their pool area is a bit smaller than other teams. 
• They have 4 lanes and only one toilet in each restroom. 
• They have a few tables and seating available, but recommend parents bring their own chairs.  
• They will have age group signs for our team, so please plan to set up by age group. 
• We will be seated in the shaded area on the back left corner of the property, just behind the swing set.
• The playground set and swing set will be blocked off to avoid any accidents. Please tell your children that the playground will be off limits. 
• They do have some prickles/stickers in the grass so please be aware of those and tell your swimmers they may want to wear flip flops while in the grass. 
• They suggest bringing tarps for swimmers to sit on and recommend insect repeller. 

PLEASE REMIND YOUR CHILDREN TO CLEAN UP THEIR AREA BEFORE THEY LEAVE!

VOLUNTEERING

Thank you to everyone that has already signed up to volunteer! We still are in need of a lot of help here!  Looks like we are still in need of:

• stroke judge for the first shift 
• turn judge for second shift 
• set up and break down
• two place judges for second shift
• three ready bench for first shift 
• six ready bench for second shift 
• two score keepers one for first shift and one for second shift

Please go into the meet and select your job! We cannot do it without you. 

CONCESSIONS

Fresh concessions will be available and they will be running the grill, cooking hotdogs and hamburgers. Apparently they make delicious food! Meal deals will be available. Zelle or Cash are the payment options.
