Please remember to opt in or out for Thursday's meet by Monday 6/9!

Following is information regarding the meet on Monday! The meet will be against  SBB Stingrays and it will take place at our Thornbranch pool. 

This meet is for all our swimmers! All our PreSwim kids are invited to come as well! They will be assisted by a coach in the water to get across the pool and we will start a little sooner than we did last week as the other team will also be bringing their preswimmers.

Thornwood Warm Ups 5-5:20PM

Westchester Warmups 5:20-5:40PM

Judges/Deck Meeting 5:30PM

Thornwood Half Lappers (PRESWIM) - 5:40PM

Meet Start - 6PM

PARKING

• We will have no parking signs and cones set up in most areas that are off limits. We request that people be mindful of blocking driveways and mailboxes.
• Please only park on the west and south sides of the streets. DO NOT park at all on the curve between Thornbranch and Greenpark on Kimberley.
• Do not park within 5 feet of stop signs.
• Do not park in front of no parking signs.
• THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE FRONT OF THE POOL!!!! There is a drop off spot for swimmers, but its drop and go.

SETUP

When you arrive, please have your kids check in with one of the coaches. We will do a check in and then the kids will get their events marked on their arm.

The kids will need to be seated under our tents by age group, this will make it easier for the bench crew to get them ready for their events.

Bring chairs to set up, but please be mindful of the roped off areas! If you volunteer to time, judge, score, or place judge you will have a front row view of the meet! :)

There will be various roped off areas. Specifically for the place judges, timers etc. These areas are not for sitting or standing. Start and finish areas need to be clear of parents for staging purposes. Other areas that are off limits are in front of starter, timers, score table, and judges.

PLEASE REMIND YOUR CHILDREN TO CLEAN UP THEIR AREA BEFORE THEY LEAVE!

CONCESSIONS

Hot dogs, hamburgers, the usual snack sides, a variety of drinks and Gatorade will be available at the concession stand. We accept cash and Venmo and Zelle.
